After traveling south to Pueblo, we immersed ourselves quite literally in the sandy world of the dunes.

 

 

 

 

 

 streams from nearby mountains feed a wetland that surrounds the dunes.  what a diversity of ecosystems!

John and David's visit to the Academy...

Week two began today. We visited Royal Gorge Bridge then ate a Bingo Burger in Pueblo.  after a long afternoon siesta we hung out at the camper and the pool resting and regrouping before moving on tomorrow.
