Cookies are baked.
And decorated.
We baked forty-eight loaves of friendship bread to share.
Many hours were spent outside Monday enjoying a surprise snow day in November. The kids spent a lot of time playing in the snow. I found them trying to sled down the ramp on the bridge.
John felt sorry for them and took them to sled on the big hill at the end of our road. They loved it.
No television has meant lots of reading and playing games. I found some old puzzles the kids have enjoyed solving.
Sorry and Don't Break The Ice have topped the favorites chart.
Today has been spent at home enjoying a slower pace before the holiday season gets into full swing this week.
