The Farm

When not at the real farm, Grant has chosen to spend time on his play farm lately.

It comes equipped with barns, windmills, tree houses, swingsets, a house, animals and lots of tractors.

One day not that long ago John and Emily played with this farm set.  Now it is dusted off and in use again by another set of little hands.

Such tiny pieces have sparked some huge stories from their imaginations.

They can stay busy for a long time working the fields, feeding the animals and trying to figure out what life must have been like on a real farm.

I'm sure the novelty will wear of eventually.  Until then, I love to watch them 'work'.  Grant will ask once or twice every day if he can go play with his farm in the basement.
